Service / New construction

Elevator packages,
built to the drawings.

On a new building, the elevator is designed once and lived with for decades. JV manufactures cab, entrance, and interior packages to specification, so the finished elevator matches the architect's intent instead of a catalog page.

The approach

One manufacturer across the whole package.

Cabs, UL Listed fire-rated entrances, hoistway doors, wall panels, ceilings, handrails, and specialty metalwork come from one shop, so reveals line up, grain directions agree, and the finish schedule survives from drawing set to installed elevator. Materials run from stainless and bronze to wood veneer, glass, and the rest of the library.

JV supports the teams behind the building: Otis, Schindler, TK Elevator (TKE), KONE, independent elevator companies, architects, developers, general contractors, and consultants, on projects across the United States, including transit and public infrastructure work.

What does JV supply for a new-construction elevator?
Coordinated packages built to specification: passenger, service, freight, or transit-style cabs, UL Listed fire-rated entrances and hoistway doors, complete interiors, and the architectural metal details that finish them.
Who does JV coordinate with during a new build?
Elevator companies, architects, developers, general contractors, and consultants. JV builds to the project's drawings, dimensions, finish schedules, and installation requirements, then coordinates delivery with the installing team.
Can cabs be built to custom dimensions and finish schedules?
Yes. Cabs are manufactured around traffic levels, dimensions, materials, and finish schedules rather than fixed catalog sizes, so the elevator matches the architecture it serves.
