What this site collects
This website collects information in two ways: details you submit through the quote form, and standard analytics about how the site is used.
When you request a quote, the form asks for information such as your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, elevator type, scope, timeline, and project details. We use it to review your inquiry, respond, and coordinate the project conversation you asked for. Submissions are stored in a managed database service used to receive and track inquiries.
Drawings and photos are sent by email rather than uploaded through the site, and are handled the same way: for reviewing and responding to your project.
Analytics
The site uses PostHog, a product-analytics service, to understand how pages are used — which pages are visited, how features like the project map and galleries are interacted with, and where the site can be improved. This may use cookies or similar browser storage. We do not use the data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your contact information.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- We don't ask for payment information through this site.
- We only use project details to respond to and coordinate your inquiry.
Service providers
Like most websites, this site is built and operated with third-party infrastructure: website hosting, the managed database that receives form submissions, and the analytics service described above. These providers process data on our behalf to run the site.
